Most products ship in 6-9 business days. Some products like drinkware and home goods can take longer. Most orders are completed in 2 weeks. Sawtooth goods ships packages from various shipping companies. Shipping cost is determined by the weight of your package. Sawtooth Goods is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please take any issues regarding these circumstances to USPS. We are happy to assist if needed!

Returns and exchanges?

Every product is printed custom for you. Because each product is custom, we do not allow returns or exchanges. Thank you for taking the extra time to make sure the products work for you!

How do I cancel my order?

Can I make any changes to my order?

Once an order has been placed, no changes can be made. This includes: adding a new item, changing a color or size, or changing the billing or shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Custom graphics?

Currently, we are not accepting clients for custom design commissions.

How do I wash my apparel?

Care Instructions- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life. Do not iron the graphic. Do not dry clean or use bleach products.

Our t-shrits are from Bella and Canvas. B&C is sweatshop-free facilities uphold the highest factory and workplace standards and are platinum certified through W.R.A.P, the independent watchdog organization for ensuring fair manufacturing. B&C facilities use solar power, 7x less water, and are virtually zero waste.

Are garments printed with water-based ink?

Yes! Our designs are printed using non-toxic vegan inks that ensure the garments are safe for adults and children. Designs are printed with machines that are energy-efficient, produce zero wastewater, and are sustainable.
